Quality Suites Houston Nw Cy-Fair - Jersey Village

A strange mix-up led to a chaotic check-in that overshadowed my stay.

It is very easy to get on 290 both direction, and near the company I visit. Super market not far. Restaurant nearby is good, too.

Come at a bad time that raining all the time and price is twice as normal.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a fridge as well as a sleeper sofa; everyone is welcome here. Location: the hotel was near to restaurants and a shopping mall and several shopping centers. In general the service was great. Really helpful and friendly efficient staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

Just a solid selection for a weekend rest in Houston with really good value. The room was decent, a pleasant surprise. Avoid the pool area, it's not well maintained.

Bed matress and pillows were excellent. Stayed in the King suite which was a generous size which made relaxation at night easier.

No free water or milk in the room meant having to go to the vending machine for drinking water to make tea or coffee. Powdered milk in room and small sachet of milk near reception.

The kids loved the spacious suite with two queen beds, and we appreciated that there was a Starbucks just steps away. It made mornings much easier, especially since our hotel's coffee was pretty weak. Plus, the free breakfast included waffles!

In my kids' opinion, the pool area could use a major cleanup. It really looked neglected and there weren't enough chairs for everyone, tough for us to relax.

The King Suite with accessible tub was spacious. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere . The staff were friendly and accommodating. The serene garden view added a nice touch to the environment.

during my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from great food choices like a seafood restaurant and Starbucks, making it super convenient for quick meals before heading out to explore the nearby parks.

The king suite was spacious and comfortable, with easy access to everything we needed. The breakfast had a nice selection, including make-your-own waffles, made our mornings enjoyable.

The room had a persistent odor reminiscent of wet towels, which really hit hard on comfort. Hallways lacked air conditioning, and the parking lot felt a bit sketchy with non-guests lingering around. Breakfast options were quite lackluster. A couple of cereal choices and stale fruit loops didn't cut it for anyone looking for a real morning meal. Several aspects felt neglected, affecting overall enjoyment of the stay.

Military discount was honored, and it was just a hop to a lovely seafood joint and Starbucks. Room was a comfy King Suite.

But the breakfast timing? Who's up at 6 AM for that? And let me tell you, pancake flipping at dawn is not my jam!

I appreciated the spacious room and comfortable amenities at Quality Suites Houston Nw Cy-Fair. The decor was modern, cute, and accessible for seniors like myself.

Additional seating in the common areas would help.
